Lance Palmer Summer Wrestling Club
Lance Palmer will be hosting his summer club at Dublin Jerome HS again this summer. Lance will be working with wrestlers on technique, top, bottom and everything essential to make your wrestler better. Whether you're new to wrestling, trying to win states, or somewhere in between, this club is for you. Lance Palmer is a 4-time Ohio HS Wrestling Champ, Ohio State All American, MMA Champion and Dublin Jerome Assistant Coach.
